Bharti Airtel has entered into a partnership with US-based VMware, a manufacturer of the virtualisation software, to focus on the managed computer services market in India. VMware will offer its technology to the operator, which enhances the efficiency of computer servers, and cuts down expenditure on hardware and maintenance.
